The Snapdragon 27 is a popular family cruising bilge keel yacht with 6 berths and sea kindly qualities. Having internal mouldings and good quality lay-up she is a stiff boat with the benefit of good insulation and no sign of internal damp/mildew problems.

The design from stem to stern provides:

separate heads to port with wardrobe (hanging locker) to starboard
main cabin with dinette/double berth, 2 quarter berths and galley
Generous cockpit area with tiller steering and 5 stowage lockers below 'seating'.

John of Gaunt is in good overall condition with no sign of osmosis. Her rigging was replaced 3 years ago and she sports - new spray canopy, boom cover and UV strip on the No1 genoa. Some old, sound rigging has been retained as spares.

The engine (Yanmar YSE 12) has been recently overhauled with new exhaust elbow, exhaust wrapping, flexible piping and vetus water trap silencer.
